Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy

Training Services (Dog Training)

All refunds and cancellations for scheduled one-on-one training, group classes, or board and train (also board only) programs are governed exclusively by the detailed Service Agreement Contract signed by the client upon booking. Please refer to your signed contract for specific terms, timelines, and conditions regarding deposits (including the non refundable deposit) and refunds.

Physical and Digital Products:

Refunds for physical goods (e.g. Equipment) are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is returned in its original condition. Digital products (e.g. downloads, e-guides) are typically non-refundable once access has been granted, as stated at the point of purchase.
